  • Attracted first significant healthcare project in community history, the Maricopa Banner Health Center that will net a $129 million economic impact over ten years
  • Successful launch and continuation of highly acclaimed Cure Corridor initiative supporting bio-life sciences initiatives in Scottsdale

  • Chair of New Mexico Chamber of Commerce’s Economic Development & Technology Policy Committee and member of Legislative Focus Committee
  • Successfully led the research and analysis for a state-wide Site Readiness program which resulted in two bills – SB 169 and SB 170, passing successfully in early 2025 creating the first statewide site characterization and pre-development program as well as a utility pre-deployment bill
